If you are one of those organisations which has been put off taking part in a media training course because you’re worried it is going to be bruising and damage your confidence then please do think again.

Of course, if your organisation has been caught out doing something it shouldn’t then you will be challenged on that. But media training is much more than people barking difficult questions at you….or it should be.

Media training will help you explain simply what your organisation does and help you tell your story. It’s more about communication than confrontation.

We live in a soundbite age so as a journalist I want my interviewees to be clear and succinct in their answers. As a media trainer that’s what I help them do.

So, while our team will send in the dogs and ask challenging questions when necessary, don’t be put off. We’re a friendly bunch of journalists and we can help. We provide constructive feedback on the day and written post-course reports so you are better able to manage the media after your training.
